Consultancy work typically covers five key areas:

• Working with NHS Trusts (and other healthcare) providers and housing associations to see how they can work together to deliver more meaningful and effective services for their customers and local people;
• Working with Housing Associations to further develop their understanding of the stakeholder landscape in health and to ensure that they understand the requirements of healthcare providers;
• Leading board reviews of governance arrangements to enable effective joint working and in particular the governance of risk, quality and reputation.
• Facilitating Board-to-Board discussions about joint working and strategic alliances.
• Facilitating board discussions on how they wish to add value and improve their performance and produce plans for board development.
